Warehouse Manager

Job Description

• Daily stock controlling management systems are maintained accurately.
• Delivers materials and equipment to relevant departments by receiving and transferring items.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space.
• Daily update stock materials and report to Management.
• Daily Stock Controlling -Stock in-out and make sure equipment on hand.
• Develop and monitor the daily warehouse operation.
• Check materials/equipment for purchase/order on time.
• Review the daily purchase order and location for materials.
• Monitoring and check the bill of material/ equipment according to the purchase order (Suppliers’ name, Date, Security stamp, type and Quality). 
• Reporting lost, materials/equipment to Management.
• Daily collect the materials/equipment to warehouse.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in field of Management.
• Able to work under pressure and Responsibility.
• Must be honesty, willing to work, fast learner and flexible.
• Computer literate Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail.
• Warehouse Management System is advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Construction Warehouse.

• Working Days and Hours:

- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm

• Working place:

- Warehouse Manager is based at Site in Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.

• Relationship:

- Warehouse Manager Work under supervision & report directly to General Manager.
