Sales Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Responsible for the develop performance and daily sale activities.
  • Call follow up to the customer.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Build Relationship with customer.
  • Administering sales activities by processing all relevant documents for customers.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Preparing Sale Contract, copy, scan required documents.
  • Promote company's products and after sales services to customers.
  • Call and make appointment with new customers.
  • Other tasks assigned by Chief Sales Officer.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
  • Female only
  • Good at Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Must able to work under pressure.
  • Have good negotiation skills, Communication skills, interpersonal skills; and problem-solving skills
  • Working Days and Hours:

- Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

  • Working place:

-Sales Admin Assistant: is based at Head Office in Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.

  • Relationship:

- Works under supervision & report directly to Chief Sales Officer/Deputy Chief Sales Officer

  • Salary and Benefit:
    • Meal Allowance.
